1. Introduction
This Refund Policy applies to all digital products (“Digital Products”) sold by UX PALS LTD through the website https://ux-pals.com. Digital Products include, but are not limited to, templates, Notion systems, guides, downloadable files, and related materials.
By purchasing a Digital Product, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this Refund Policy.
2. No Refunds for Digital Downloads
Because our Digital Products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Accidental purchase
- Failure to download before deleting the email
- Technical issues on your device
- Misunderstanding of the product description
- Incorrect email address entered at checkout
- Duplicate purchases under different emails
- Perceived lack of value or suitability
You are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, previews, and any included details before purchase.
3. Legal Notice Regarding Digital Content (UK and EU)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, consumers normally have a 14-day right to cancel certain purchases. However, this right does not apply to digital content that is delivered immediately and provided with the consumer’s prior express consent to waive cancellation rights.
By purchasing a Digital Product from us, you agree that:
- The product is delivered immediately after purchase
- You waive your statutory right to cancel
- You consent to instant delivery of the digital content

4. Exceptions – Duplicate Purchases Only
A refund may be granted only if:
- You accidentally purchased the same Digital Product more than once
- You used the same email address
- You provide proof of duplicate transactions
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
No other exceptions apply.
5. Delivery Issues
If you experience a delivery issue (e.g., did not receive the download link or email), contact us at hello@ux-pals.com.
We will re-send the digital file or access link at no additional cost. Delivery issues do not qualify for refunds.
6. Technical Problems
If you are unable to open or use the Digital Product due to technical issues on your device — such as lack of required software, incompatibility, insufficient storage, or device limitations — these issues do not qualify for a refund.
We will provide reasonable assistance to help you access the Digital Product, but we do not guarantee compatibility with all environments.
7. Fraud Prevention and Chargebacks
Fraudulent or abusive chargeback attempts are treated as a breach of contract. If a chargeback is filed after receiving the Digital Product:
- Access to all Digital Products may be revoked
- A DMCA/IP report may be submitted if the product is used after refund
- We may dispute the chargeback with full evidence of delivery
We reserve all rights available under law to protect our intellectual property.
